These cotton buffs are designed to fit on polishing machines with tapered spindles. Available in two types: regular muslin which is more coarse for use with abrasive compounds like tripoli to remove scratches, and finex muslin, a combed cotton for use with rouge or similar polishing product for a final, high shine. Our #17.571 is regular muslin 2″ x 30 ply with a shellac center and two rows of stitching. Finex muslin buff #17.572 is 2″ x 40 ply and has one row of stitching.
